接地保护安装调试注意事项

(1) 在无选择性零序电压保护装置及零序功率方向保护装置中,电压互感器一次、二次中性点必须可靠接地,一次绕组中性点接地不仅是安全接地而且是工作接地。若中性点接地不可靠,二次系统则不能正确反映一次系统发生接地故障时不平衡电压零序功率方向,因此开口三角形电压极性必须正确。 (2) 在利用零序电流互感器(多为电缆出线)构成的接地保护装置中,当电网发生接地故障时,故障电流不仅可能经大地流动,而且也经电缆导电外皮和铠装流动。因此,零序电流互感器上方电缆头保安接地线必须沿电缆方向穿过LH在线路侧接地(见图1)。 图1 电缆头保安接地线图 零序互感器下方电缆皮接地则不需穿过零序互感器,避免形成短路环,电缆固定夹头与电缆外壳、接地线绝缘、零序电流互感器变比、极性误差应调整一致、正确,以减少互感误差。 (3) 在经消弧线圈接地的电网单相接地保护通常利用反映谐波的电缆电容的五次谐波分量保护和暂态电流速动保护,其实现选择性较困难。可在发现接地故障时投入有效电阻,以增加故障电流有功分量方法,利用零序电流保护、方向保护有选择地切除故障。 (4) [...]
