Detailed introduction
一、Functional characteristics
This system uses full computer operation while retaining the manual operation function. The library function can be completed on the mouse or touch screen. After the test, the data is automatically uploaded to the test report. When querying the original data, you only need to enter the data number to automatically call out the data;
1. Enter the basic parameters of the Luancheng device (capacity, high and low voltage side voltage) on the keyboard to automatically select the high and low voltage current and voltage gears;
2. Automatic power gear (no need to press buttons manually) and automatic switching;
3. Automatically raise and lower the voltage regulator and automatically adjust the speed, and automatically stop when the rated current or voltage is reached;
4. Automatically perform abnormal current and voltage protection, and issue an alarm indication;
5. Automatically collect data, automatically save data, and automatically restore the initial state of the whole machine;
6. Automatically print the factory test report.
Data monitoring adopts international standard full data monitoring (all parameters and vector diagrams are displayed on the same screen) and is measured by a high-precision power analyzer to ensure data accuracy;
System protection adopts multiple protections such as software, hardware and system interlocking. The table body adopts a split design, and the control part adopts a separate design of primary and secondary control circuits, which greatly improves the safety of test personnel and tested products;
