HCS6300 Transformer Loss Capacity Tester is an instrument specially used for measuring the capacity of distribution power transformers, transformer no-load and short-circuit loss.

Functional features

※ Capacity measurement: The instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery. The instrument itself can output a three-phase sine wave inverter power supply. It can measure the capacity of the distribution transformer and determine the model without any external power supply. At the same time, it displays the transformer impedance voltage and the load loss converted to the rated temperature and rated current;

※ No-load loss measurement: The instrument displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power. The instrument displays the distortion rate of the applied power waveform, automatically calculates the no-load loss of the transformer converted to the rated voltage and corrected for waveform distortion, and displays the model of the distribution transformer core;

※ Load loss measurement: Displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power, automatically calculates the transformer impedance voltage percentage, converts to the load loss at the rated temperature and rated current, and automatically determines the coil model of the distribution transformer;
