HCYZ-XA contains two methods to measure and diagnose the characteristics of large and medium-sized transformer on-load tap changers, the first is the DC method, and the second is the AC method.

※ Can compare the synchronization of AC and DC measurements during the on-load switch switching process;

※ Possess AC and DC comprehensive measurement capabilities. In one instrument, various DC and AC parameters of on-load tap changers can be measured, such as switch selection, whether there are breakpoints during the switching process, AC/DC transition waveforms, transition time, transition resistance, three-phase synchronization, etc.

※ The software has data functions and comprehensive measurement result analysis. Users can use the back-end software and various function buttons to analyze the resistance value of each point and each segment in the waveform, the time of each segment, and the three-phase synchronization, etc. Through analysis, the changes in various parameters of the three-phase switch at each moment during the switching process can be understood, and the waveforms can also be printed, stored, and historical waveforms can be checked for analysis and comparison;

※ The software is highly intelligent, which is convenient for fast on-site parameter input and more convenient testing;

※ With an expert analysis system, it automatically diagnoses the status of the on-load tap changer;

※ 6 independent and completely isolated 16-bit high-precision high-speed synchronous measurement channels;

※ The software and hardware anti-interference technology is used to ensure the stability and accuracy of the measurement.
