HCR1000 Transformer Winding Deformation Tester (Frequency Response Method) is used to test power transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above and other transformers for special purposes. Power transformers are inevitably subject to various fault short-circuit current shocks or physical impacts during operation or transportation. Under the strong electric force generated by the short-circuit current, the transformer winding may lose stability, resulting in permanent deformation such as local distortion, bulging or displacement, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer.
