The substation high-voltage equipment insulation online monitoring system adopts bus control technology. 1. Flexible configuration
The monitoring device adopts a distributed structure: different types and quantities of local measurement units can be connected to the communication bus provided by the central monitor as needed, that is, local measurement units are installed near each or each group of monitored equipment, and the measured electrical signals can be converted into digital quantities on the spot, and transmitted to the system host through the digital communication bus, and have strong impact resistance.
2. Easy installation and maintenance
Using the field communication bus, all local measurement units are installed below the device under test, and all measurement units are connected through a 4-core shielded cable (one pair is for communication, and the other pair provides 220V working power supply); the construction and installation are simple, and all units and sensors do not need to be calibrated on site. The installation of the measurement unit will not affect the safe operation of the primary equipment.
3. Safe measurement, accurate and reliable data
When sampling the PT secondary signal, it is realized through the reference voltage measurement unit installed nearby, and reliable multiple protection measures are taken to ensure that the PT secondary circuit will not be short-circuited under any circumstances;
When monitoring capacitive equipment such as CT and bushing, a through-type current sensor is used for sampling, and a special protection device is installed; sampling is safe and reliable;
When monitoring zinc oxide lightning arresters, a high-frequency Yin Ni device is installed in the sampling circuit, and the sampling method will not affect the counting function of the original counter;
All local measurement units have strict self-test functions, and all measurement data are transmitted using digital communication methods, which overcomes the signal distortion problem caused by long-distance transmission of analog signals. High-precision current sensors and advanced digital processing and transmission technologies are used to completely solve the accuracy and stability problems of dielectric loss measurement of capacitive equipment.
