In order to eliminate the discharge to the ground caused by the suspended potential of the transformer core, the transformer core should be grounded at one point. In order to prevent the short circuit between the silicon steel sheets of the core from forming a loop current and causing a fault, multi-point grounding is not allowed. Under normal circumstances, the core grounding current is only at the milliampere level, but when the core has a multi-point grounding fault, the current at the grounding point can increase from several amperes to tens of amperes. In order to detect the multi-point grounding fault of the core in time and take corresponding measures, the transformer core grounding leakage current should be monitored online.
The transformer core grounding current online monitoring system is used for online monitoring of the leakage current of the transformer core and its clamps, and obtains a high-accuracy current value, which is compared with the set alarm current value. When the measured current value is greater than or equal to the set alarm value, the monitor sends the alarm information to the receiving server in the main control room through the network or wireless mode for processing and diagnosis, and timely warning, providing a reliable technical basis for the status maintenance of such equipment.
