HCDFQ series multi-frequency induction withstand voltage tester is an intelligent instrument developed and produced by our company for AC induction withstand voltage test of voltage transformer. The instrument adopts digital waveform synthesis technology and can output AC sinusoidal signals in the range of 40Hz-200Hz. Under the control of the internal microprocessor, the measurement process is completed automatically, the output voltage is stable, the voltage and current measurement accuracy is high, the repeatability is good, and the protection function is perfect. When connected with the high-impedance capacitor voltage divider produced by our company, the high voltage voltage on the primary side can be monitored to prevent overvoltage caused by the capacitance rise effect. The instrument also has the function of measuring no-load current and excitation characteristics, and can display and print the excitation characteristic curve.

1. Can perform induced withstand voltage test of electromagnetic voltage transformer;
2. Can perform volt-ampere characteristic and no-load current test of electromagnetic voltage transformer;
3. Can perform volt-ampere characteristic test of GIS of 220kV and below;
4. According to the different models and different power instruments listed in the “Main Technical Indicators”, the following tests can be completed respectively;
Can perform induced withstand voltage test of 50Hz no-load main and no-load loss and 200Hz on dry-type or oil-immersed power transformers of 10kV-35kV/0.4kV (2500KVA) and below.
Anti-capacitance rise: With high impedance capacitor voltage divider, it can directly monitor the high voltage on the primary side and automatically complete the inductive withstand voltage test;
Automation: Just input the test voltage and frequency value, the instrument can automatically complete the test process of boost, timing, and voltage reduction;
Protection: The instrument has multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating, and overcurrent and overvoltage can be set arbitrarily;
Printing and saving: The instrument is equipped with a micro printer, which can print out various measurement results; The instrument has a saving function, which can store the test results in the instrument for future reference.
