HCJYX fully automatic insulating boots (gloves) tester is developed and produced in accordance with the requirements of the State Power Corporation’s Notice on Issuing the “Preventive Test Procedures for Power Safety Tools” (Trial) (State Power [2002] No. 777). All indicators of this product meet the requirements of national standards. According to the requirements of the “Preventive Test Procedures for Power Safety Tools”, the intelligent insulation withstand voltage test can be carried out on insulating boots, insulating gloves and other safety tools. The withstand voltage test cycle of insulating boots and insulating gloves is half a year. Breakdown is not allowed during the test. At the same time, the leakage current of insulating boots (gloves) is not greater than the limit value.
Functional features
The instrument can test 8 insulating boots or gloves at the same time and measure the leakage current of each test product;
The insulating shoe test adopts a dry test method with small steel balls placed inside, which gets rid of the traditional practice of pouring water into the shoes for testing, which is not easy to dry after the test;
The measured voltage and current use high and low voltages to correspond to each other in real time to ensure the accuracy of the measured voltage and current values;
High and low voltages are separated, and the leakage current is transmitted back to the control box using anti-interference wireless transmission technology, which greatly protects personal safety;
Each test product has a disconnection mechanism. When any one of them breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the test product of that road will automatically leave the test without affecting the testing of other test products;
The insulating boot test has a special metal grounding tray, and the insulating glove test has a special container for easy operation;
The test transformer ratio can be freely set, which can be matched with the customer’s existing transformer; it has an overcurrent protection function.
