HCJ4200 Current Transformer Field Calibrator is developed with high-end testing technology, large-scale electronic circuit design and in compliance with relevant national regulations. It solves the problem of high work intensity and cumbersome operation of on-site calibration of current transformers and voltage transformers. At the same time, the product has reliable performance and powerful functions.
Functional features
※ It has the functions of measuring current transformer error by recursion method and voltage transformer error by potential difference method, which is convenient for on-site calibration of metering devices;
※ On-site calibration of current transformer does not require standard current transformer, current booster, load box, voltage control box and high current wire. Simple test wiring and operation are used to realize the calibration of current transformer, which reduces the work intensity and improves the work efficiency, and is convenient for on-site calibration of transformer;
※ It has a standard voltage transformer with the same transformation ratio as the current transformer under test, and its accuracy can reach 0.05 level, which can accurately measure the change and no-load error of the current transformer under test. Then, the error of the transformer is calculated by combining the test results of impedance and admittance;
※ Use a power supply with a frequency close to the power frequency to test, so as to prevent electromagnetic radiation and series interference of the power frequency on site;
※ The measurement range is wide, which can reach 5A/5A-25000A/5A and 25A/1A-5000A/1A;
※ It has the function of testing the ratio of current transformer and the internal resistance of secondary winding;

Note: For a current transformer with a secondary current of 1A, the ratio can be up to 25000A/1A through the equal ampere-turn measurement method.
Other test methods for current transformer changes not shown in the table are as follows:
Use the equal ampere-turn method to test the current transformer. For example, if you need to test a transformer with a 8000A/5A, please pass the test line provided by the instrument through the current transformer to be tested for two turns, and then enter the primary current in the current transformer test interface of the instrument as 4000. This test method does not affect the validity of the transformer test data.
