Product Introduction
The battery charge and discharge tester solves the traditional offline discharge safety problem. It integrates online safety, offline discharge, charging function, whole group activation function and monitoring function.
Functional characteristics
Online discharge function: The tested battery pack is discharged at a constant current through the built-in dummy load of FBO while maintaining a constant online connection with the power system;
Online charging function: After the discharge is completed, the online charging function is automatically started to allow the rectifier to charge the battery pack, solving the problem of huge voltage difference when the battery pack is connected back to the system;
Whole group activation function: The number of charge and discharge cycles of the whole group of batteries can be set to achieve the online activation effect of the whole group of batteries;
Mains power abnormality intelligent processing function: When the mains power abnormality occurs during the discharge process, FBO can stop the tested battery pack from discharging to the built-in dummy load of FBO according to the customer’s pre-settings, and instead fully guarantee the emergency power supply of the tested battery pack to the power system;
Wireless module single-cell monitoring: Using Bluetooth wireless single-cell monitoring technology, supporting 2V/6V/12V single-cell voltage monitoring, each wireless monitoring module can monitor 4 single-cells at the same time, and wiring is simpler;
5.7-inch ultra-large touch screen: Using an ultra-large touch screen, you can click directly on the screen, and the operation is simpler and clearer. During the discharge process, all discharge parameters can be viewed, and the single cell voltage status diagram can be displayed;
Parallel expansion function: a small constant current expansion module can be connected in parallel to meet the needs of larger discharge current and charging current;
Discharge current automatic calculation function: the meter has built-in discharge coefficients of various hourly rates for batteries, which can automatically calculate the discharge current required for the battery group according to the nominal capacity of the battery and the discharge hourly rate required by the user. No matter what discharge efficiency the user uses for discharge, the capacity discharged by the battery will be automatically converted into C10 capacity;
Maintenance parameter preset function: the meter has built-in 8 sets of commonly used discharge parameter presets, which is convenient for users to perform on-site discharge operations. Users can also modify the built-in preset parameters;
Large-capacity data storage: the meter has built-in Large-capacity memory is installed to store multiple groups of test data;
Test data transfer: During the discharge process, the PC can be connected in real time for data reception. After the discharge is completed, the discharge data stored in the host can also be copied to the PC through a USB flash drive for analysis;
Multiple discharge stop thresholds: Four discharge stop thresholds can be set, including battery pack voltage, single cell voltage, discharge time and discharge capacity; the discharge stop screen will display the reason for the stop and there will be an alarm tone;
Multiple single cell stop thresholds can be set: multiple single cell voltages are allowed to stop discharging only when they reach below the threshold. Multiple lagging single cells can be accurately tested in one discharge, which is very useful in battery pack scrap discharge tests;
Flexible power supply mode: AC and DC power supply modes are used, and one can be selected in actual applications.
