Product Introduction
HC46 battery intelligent charger integrates charging and online monitoring. It is an essential instrument for charging and capacity testing of battery packs, recharging batteries after deep discharge, daily maintenance of battery packs, and acceptance of new battery pack projects. It is easy to operate, can effectively reduce the workload of maintenance personnel, improve test efficiency, reduce enterprise costs, and provide a comprehensive and scientific testing method for battery packs.
Functional characteristics
Adopt three-phase (380VAC) AC power supply mode;
Can set constant current charging current value, constant voltage charging voltage value, automatic charging (automatically set constant current charging current value, constant voltage charging voltage value. Constant current first, then constant voltage until the current is less than the set value and automatically turns to floating charge);
Can set voltage, current, battery temperature, and alarm settings for abnormal mains power to protect the safety of the battery and the machine;
Charging completion conditions: The charging procedure can be completed by setting the total charging time, constant voltage time, charging capacity, and charging current;
LCD displays voltage/current data, with overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, output short circuit, anti-reverse connection protection and overheating protection functions;
Adopts wave camp modulation technology, high efficiency, high power factor, low noise, low electromagnetic interference, and can be used in power room;
Charging output current 0-50A continuously adjustable, digital panel input;
Can operate independently, or connect to a personal computer, and use multiple units in parallel to measure larger capacity batteries;
The charger has a power-off save function. All test data will not be lost after power failure, and charging will continue after power is restored to prevent accidental power failure from affecting the test results;
SD card data transfer interface. After charging is completed, the data can be transferred to the computer via the SD card to generate various charts, and the battery performance can be clearly seen;
With voltage and current calibration and correction function, the instrument’s measured values can be calibrated and corrected at any time to ensure measurement accuracy.
