HCS6000 Transformer No-load and Load Loss Tester is an instrument dedicated to transformer no-load and short-circuit loss measurement. It fully meets the measurement of distribution transformer and transformer no-load loss and load loss parameters. The instrument is simple and convenient to operate, and the data is accurate and reliable. It can completely replace the test method of traditional instruments, display and record all the measurement data that users are concerned about, and can be used as a high-precision AC indicating instrument on site.

Functional characteristics

※ Measurement of no-load loss: The instrument displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power. The instrument displays the distortion rate of the applied power waveform, automatically calculates the no-load current of the transformer, and converts it to the no-load loss under the rated voltage and waveform distortion correction;

※ Measurement of load loss: The instrument displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current, and three-phase power, automatically calculates the impedance voltage percentage of the transformer, and converts it to the load loss under the rated temperature and rated current;

※ Measurement of single-phase of three-phase transformer: It can be used to check the defects of the single-phase of the transformer or when there is no three-phase power on site. The instrument can record the data of three single-phase measurements, and can calculate the no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage and load loss of the transformer according to the different connections of the transformer;

※ Loss query function: The instrument stores the no-load current percentage, no-load loss, impedance voltage percentage and load loss of 30kVA-2500kVA amorphous alloy, S11, S9 and S7 specified by the national standard, which can be queried according to the type and capacity of the transformer;

※ It can be directly measured within the measurement range allowed by the instrument. If it exceeds the measurement range, an external voltage and current transformer can be connected. The instrument can set the transformation ratio of the external voltage and current transformer and directly display the applied voltage and current values;

※ The instrument has a large-screen LCD display, which can display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, three-phase average voltage, average current, three-phase total power and related data on the same screen. The instrument has Chinese menu and Chinese prompts, and is easy to operate;

※ The instrument is equipped with an RS232 interface, which can communicate with the computer through a data cable, and also provides background data management software running on the computer;

※ The instrument has a built-in printer that can print and display data, and has a built-in memory that will not be lost in the event of power failure. The instrument can store 20 sets of data;

※ Permanent calendar and clock functions can be used for time calibration.
